This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Crambola Fashions processes and delivers customer orders. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms described herein.

1. Shipping Coverage

1.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

We provide delivery to all major cities and towns across India via trusted courier and logistics partners. Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may be subject to additional lead times or restrictions.

1.2 International Shipping

We offer international delivery to select countries. Availability, rates, and timelines depend on the destination and applicable carrier services.

2. Shipping Charges

2.1 Domestic Orders

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders (inclusive of taxes).

2.2 International Orders

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, volume, and destination.

  • All rates are exclusive of customs duties, import taxes, or other levies imposed by the destination country.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen disruptions.

  • Once processed, orders are handed over to our logistics partners for delivery.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details.

5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number and courier details will be provided via email/SMS upon dispatch. Customers can monitor their shipment’s progress through the courier’s online tracking portal.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • All customs duties, taxes, and other import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be settled directly with local authorities at the destination.

  • Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, returns, or forfeiture of the shipment.

7. Failed or Undeliverable Deliveries

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or non-collection from the courier, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Orders returned under such circumstances may be reshipped only after payment of applicable charges.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Crambola Fashions shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, extreme weather)

  • Strikes, labour disputes, or transport disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Pandemic-related restrictions or regulatory changes
