Refund policy

This Return & Replacement Policy outlines the circumstances under which Crambola Fashions accepts product returns and provides replacements or refunds. By making a purchase through our website, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • An incorrect size has been sent compared to your order.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to quality or accuracy.

2. Replacement Policy

  • If the returned item meets the above eligibility criteria, we will arrange for a replacement in the correct size or same product.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

3. Refunds (Issued as Store Credit)

  • If the requested replacement size or product is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of shopping credits (store credit).

  • Store credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

  • No cash or bank refunds will be provided, except in cases where we are legally required to do so.

4. Reporting a Return or Replacement Request

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@crambolafashions.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

  • Once approved, you will be provided with the return address and instructions.

  • The product must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged, defective, or wrong size sent), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to retrieve the product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • For damaged or defective items, photographic evidence is required before approval.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not clearly demonstrate a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
